Position Title: Property Manager

Location: London

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Job Summary:

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will work closely with landlords and tenants to ensure that properties are well-maintained and any issues are promptly resolved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of properties, including maintenance, repairs, and tenant relations
• Coordinate property inspections and ensure that properties are in compliance with regulations and safety standards
• Work with landlords to identify and resolve any issues with properties or tenants
• Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Manage rent collection and ensure that accounts are reconciled accurately
• Prepare reports and provide updates to landlords on the status of their properties
• Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and vendors

Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience as a Property Manager in an estate agency or property management firm
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of property management software and tools
• Familiarity with property regulations and laws
