Job description
The Company:
This global residential lettings and property management company works with overseas and UK landlords supporting them with the complexities of their residential investment assets.
They have 13 offices across London, Manchester, Berlin, Hong Kong, Birmingham and Liverpool and they require a Property Manager to join their Shoreditch office.
The Role:
You will be responsible for a portfolio of around 130 properties, dealing with most aspects of the Residential Lettings and Management process which mainly includes:
- Maintenance
- Renewals
- Property visits
- Processing invoices/service charge demands
- Deposit disputes and credit control
The Salary:
£32k.
