This agile, leading independent estate agents are looking for a talented Property Manager to head up their AST Property Management department consisting of 200+ properties across South East London. Your New Role: 

This is a Property Management role that will be based in their Canada Water office. Depending on your experience you will be able to impact the whole property management process for the company, implementing new procedures and processes to streamline and improve customer satisfaction. Your main duties will involve but not limit too: 

  • Managing a portfolio of 200 properties (until you then hire a junior once you're settled to split this portfolio)
  • Being the first point of contact for tenants and landlords 
  • Overseeing all outstanding maintenance work and organising this whilst communicating with the tenant effectively and efficiently.
  • Inventories - check ins and check outs 
  • Carrying out property inspections regularly 
  • Deposits - negotiating, releasing and renewing 
  • Renewals 

About you: 

  • You will have a minimum of 1 years experience within AST Property Management 
  • You will be obsessed with improving the customer journey and put people at the heart of everything you do 
  • Be pro-active, present and have the ability to think on your feet and resolve any problems that arise. 
  • You will be detail orientated and confident in nature with exceptional communication skills

  • Working hours: 09:00 - 18:00 Monday - Friday
