AST Property Managers…
Come and join a North London company with the vision to be the go-to for Property Management.
They have been around for over 2 decades and grown from a single computer and phone into a three-branch operation - soon to be 4! There is a real open, family feel to the office and great team spirit resulting in great length of service within the team. The need for an additional property manager is growth with their mounting presence in North London. They are looking for someone with a couple of years' experience to join their team and grow with the business.
Our Property Manager will:
- Liaising with Landlords and Tenants in regard to their queries
- Chasing outstanding Tenancy arrears
- Serving required Notices
- Conducting inspections
- Negotiating tenancy renewals & issuing required Paperwork
- Negotiation deposit returns
- Ensuring compliance in terms of GSR certification
- Ensuring compliance with TDS regulation
- Handling day to day maintenance issues
- Making sure all details are kept up to date with relevant notes on the system
Salary:
Up to £35,000 doe
