Your New Role:
This is a Property Management role that is part of large management team. You will be responsible for managing 150 properties across London. Your main duties will involve but not limit too:
- Managing a portfolio of 150 properties across Central, East and South East London.
- Being the first point of contact for tenants and landlords
- Arranging pro-active and reactive maintenance repairs
- Deposits - negotiating, releasing and renewing
About you:
- You will have a minimum of 6 months experience within AST Property Management
- You will be obsessed with improving the customer journey and put people at the heart of everything you do
- Be pro-active, present and have the ability to think on your feet and resolve any problems that arise.
- You will be detail orientated and confident in nature with exceptional communication skills
