Key Responsibilities:

- Contractor Coordinator: Liaise with contractors and service providers, ensuring top-quality work and maintaining the highest standards of property care.
- Compliance Champion: Stay ahead of property laws and regulations, ensuring all properties meet legal requirements.
- Report Rock Star: Maintain accurate records and prepare insightful reports for senior management to guide strategic decisions.

Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in residential property management, with a proven track record of success.
