Commercial Graduate Property Surveyor
£25k - £30k pa

My client are a private property company based in Reading managing a portfolio of industrial and residential properties throughout the south of England. They are now looking for a Graduate Property Surveyor to join them to manage their portfolio of commercial properties.
Ideally, the candidate would have completed a RICS accredited course and they will pay for their training fees to enable them to take their APC. As well as managing, they are looking to acquire, develop and sell properties so there would be scope for a number of the competencies that are required to pass the APC.
Suitable candidates will have good communication, negotiation, and personal skills as well as the ability to work in a small team. They must have the permanent right to work in the U.K. and preferably hold a UK drivers licence.
The salary would be competitive and the working hours would be 7.30-4.30 Monday to Thursday and 7.30-12.30 on Fridays.
