Main duties:

  • Oversee the management of 220 + Properties
  • You will be responsible for managing 110 of those as they are building the department
  • Analysing the department as it is and finding new ways of improving processes and reputation with customer service
  • Keep on top of all maintenance work
  • Approving all works with Landlords & updating them pre- and post-completion
  • Obtaining quotes from contractors and arranging maintenance works
  • Dealing with Building/block management
  • Dealing with insurance companies for repairs and compiling evidence
  • Forming positive and professional relationships with Concierge teams
  • Ensuring the property management is fully compliant GSI’S, EICRS, EPCS’S, PAT Testing, Legionella
  • Dealing with cylinder serving and arranging this
  • Serving section 21 and other necessary notices
  • Dealing with deposit returns in a timely manner
  • HMO Licensing
  • Booking check outs, dealing with post tenancy and arranging end of tenancy cleans
  • Carrying out periodic property inspections
  • Dealing with and handling and tagging management keys
  • Overseeing the property management department.
  • Forming positive relationships with landlords and tenants

Where the role can go:

This will develop into a Head of Property Management role as the team grows which is on track to do within the next 12-18 months as another office opening is on the horizon.
