Due to continued growth and success over the past 18 months our client is keen to increase their headcount with an additional Property Manager to oversee their own mixed portfolio. This is an exciting time to join a business who are passionate about hiring the best talent in the property market and have a strong market presence which covers the whole of the UK. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and approve service charge budgets
- Responding to leaseholder queries and manage expectations
- Arranging maintenance works and liaising with contractors
- Processing insurance claims and section 20 notices
- Organising and attending tenant meetings
Key Skills Required:
- Experience with Property Management and Leasehold properties
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Track record of issuing and reviewing budgets
- IRPM Accredited (Preferable)
