Property Manager AST

I am working with a high end agent in Vauxhall who are looking to add a new Property Manager to their existing team of 4. Properties ranging in values from £2-15k per month.

• Managing a high-quality portfolio of residential properties for the company that is known for providing an exceptional property management service
• Working closely with the Lettings team to ensure smooth transition of tenancies and renewals
• Advising landlords on the management of their properties
• Maintaining relationships with tenants
• Instructing contractors to make sure repairs and maintenance are carried out correctly
