A ultra high net-worth individual is looking for a superstar property manager to manage their portfolio of 40 super prime properties across Central London. With a portfolio worth over £11Billion and relationships with some of the most luxury developers in Europe you will have the opportunity to expand on your agency experience and enter the client side world.
Our Property Manager will:
- Have 3 years+ experience within an AST Property Management role.
- Oversee furniture installation
- Arrange welcome gifts for tenants
- Maintaining on onboarding contractors
- Organise ongoing maintenance and emergency repairs and overseeing any refurbishments.
- Two routine property visits per year.
- Arrange renewals and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
- Have the ability to work successfully under pressure.
- Cost the dilapidation's at the end of the tenancy and negotiate the return of the deposit.
- Administering ground rent and service charges.
- Void management
Offers:
- £37,000 - £45,000 per annum
- Full Time, Permanent Hours: Monday - Friday: 09.00-5.30pm
- 25 days plus bank holidays
- Birthdays off
