I am working with a fantastic client who deal with High Net Worth individuals as well as having a core portfolio. They are looking for someone to join their team who has a passion for providing great service and thrives in a fast paced high performing role.
A typical day includes:
* Assisting with the Day to Day maintenance of the portfolio
* Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
* Assisting with arranging and monitoring works and repairs
* Preparing and reviewing quotations to present to clients
