Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join a dynamic team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, ensuring efficient and effective property management that meets the highest standards of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including maintenance, tenant relations, and lease administration.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners and tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and supervise maintenance and repair work, ensuring all properties are well-maintained and meet health and safety standards.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, handle rent collection, and ensure timely payment of property-related expenses.
  • Compliance: Ensure all properties comply with local laws and regulations, including health and safety standards and landlord-tenant laws.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to identify potential issues and ensure properties are in excellent condition.
  • Tenant Management: Handle tenant applications, conduct background checks, prepare lease agreements, and manage tenant move-ins and move-outs.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on property performance, including financial summaries and maintenance updates, for property owners.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role in the real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of local property laws and regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or related field preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ARLA, NFoPP) are a plus.
