Job Title: Property Office Administrator
Location: Central London
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
Our client, an amazing and reputable real estate company, is seeking a talented and experienced Property Office Administrator to join their team in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with general office duties including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing mail
- Supporting the sales and lettings team with administrative tasks such as preparing property listings and marketing materials
- Coordinating and scheduling property viewings and inspections
- Updating and maintaining the company's property management database
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and responding to their enquiries
- Liaising with third-party service providers, such as contractors and cleaners, to arrange necessary services for properties
- Assisting with property inspections and check-ins/check-outs
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role within the property industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work
