What we offer:

Responsibilities Property Operations Assistant:

  • Prepare weekly occupancy reports for the property manager to understand the performance of their assets - P+L
  • Prepare and coordinate monthly rent roll reports in the right format and timely manner.
  • Assist with purchase orders and invoicing.
  • Manage projects and deadlines in a timely manner.
  • Quality and performance management of all property related queries including monthly performance reporting and maintenance of the site document registry.
  • Dealing with contract signatures and queries from the third parties.
  • Ownership of the property records management process and documentation using our internal risk management system.
  • To provide support for valuation data collection.
  • Ad-hoc reports.

Your skills:

  • Solid experience in administration
  • Strong understanding of excel and functions. +
  • Ability to adapt to quickly changing circumstances and achieve results effectively and timely in a complex environment working across a variety of departments.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities at the same time.
  • Can-do attitude.
  • Willingness to help others.

Your Profile:

  • Worked with Real Estate, 1-2 years' experience minimum.
  • Knowledge of property regulations/management.
  • Good Excel user (knowledge of functions, pivot tables is a must) (Skills will be tested)
  • Excellent attention to details.
  • Good communication skills
