Deverellsmith have partnered with a multi-award-winning property Central London construction consultancy to aid them with the recruitment of their new Quantity Surveyor. As the new Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for dealing directly with clients and take full ownership over a variety of high-level projects though the full project life cycle within super prime residential and commercial sectors. The business has a job owner culture and offers the opportunity to work with a highly skilled and collaborative team in an agile and flexible working environment.
The successful candidate will have had previous experience leading on London based residential or commercial projects, ideally over the value of £2.5m. You will have experience of rollout programmes, a mix of pre and post contract experience and will be MRICS qualified.
