The role.

  • Taking proactive ownership of asset level data analysis and cash flow modelling

  • Maintaining live Argus Enterprise files across assets

  • Liaise with Asset Management team to update forecast assumptions

  • Assisting in the financial analysis and modelling for the Annual Business Plans

  • Modelling of cashflows in Argus Enterprise

  • Presentation of outputs and assumptions in PowerPoint

  • Assist and rotate through various internal departments

The requirements.

  • Strong quantitative and numerical skills with an analytical background

  • Intermediate excel, Argus and modelling skills with ability to receive training for

    accredited master status

  • Enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn and develop commercial skills

  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work on own initiative and prioritise and manage workstreams

  • Strong attention to detail and always checks work to ensure highest levels of accuracy

  • Strong team player able to work effectively in a collegiate team environment

The package.
