Job Title: Real Estate Property Negotiator

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Our client, a leading real estate agency in London, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Property Negotiator to join their team. As a Property Negotiator, you will be responsible for liaising with clients, conducting viewings, negotiating deals, and managing property transactions from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to potential buyers and renters
• Negotiate offers and manage the sales/lettings process from start to finish
• Ensure all transactions are completed in a timely and professional manner
• Manage client expectations and provide regular updates on progress
• Keep up to date with market trends and changes in legislation
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in property negotiation/sales/lettings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of London property market and legislation
• A full UK driving license is essential
