Job Title: Real Estate Property Negotiator
Location: London, UK
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Our client, a leading real estate agency in London, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Property Negotiator to join their team. As a Property Negotiator, you will be responsible for liaising with clients, conducting viewings, negotiating deals, and managing property transactions from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to potential buyers and renters
- Negotiate offers and manage the sales/lettings process from start to finish
- Ensure all transactions are completed in a timely and professional manner
- Manage client expectations and provide regular updates on progress
- Keep up to date with market trends and changes in legislation
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property negotiation/sales/lettings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of London property market and legislation
- A full UK driving license is essential
