- A basic salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience
- Some hybrid work after probation (not structured, and dependent on the teams diaries)
- Monday - Friday 09:00 - 18:00

What's the job and the best thing about it?
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Administration tasks such as: Preparation of the listing files including generating EPC'S, Map graphs, council tax information, Land registration/tenure information, proof reading / writing descriptions on an ad hoc basis, uploading images and videos as well as formulating property brochures.
- Following up with vendors and buyers for their ID'S and proof of residence as well as questionnaires.
- Generate and sending out terms.
- Generate and send out sales memos as well as execute AML checks.
- Assisting the sales team with video tours of the properties, editing and uploading them onto the website.
- Assisting with filming content with the property managers
- Assisting the team with general administrative tasks
What makes you the ideal applicant?
- This role requires an individual with the ability to communicate and deal with others at all levels in a polite, professional, friendly, and helpful manner, both face to face and on the telephone
- A proven background in Property and/or Administration and a keen interest in property is also important
- The successful candidate will be flexible, confident, self-motivated, organised, and pro-active with good computing skills and excellent administration skills
- Preferably ARLA qualified
- Experience in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Experience in Outlook and Diary Management
