  • A basic salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience
  • Some hybrid work after probation (not structured, and dependent on the teams diaries)
  • Monday - Friday 09:00 - 18:00

What's the job and the best thing about it?

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Administration tasks such as: Preparation of the listing files including generating EPC'S, Map graphs, council tax information, Land registration/tenure information, proof reading / writing descriptions on an ad hoc basis, uploading images and videos as well as formulating property brochures.
  • Following up with vendors and buyers for their ID'S and proof of residence as well as questionnaires.
  • Generate and sending out terms.
  • Generate and send out sales memos as well as execute AML checks.
  • Assisting the sales team with video tours of the properties, editing and uploading them onto the website.
  • Assisting with filming content with the property managers
  • Assisting the team with general administrative tasks

What makes you the ideal applicant?

  • This role requires an individual with the ability to communicate and deal with others at all levels in a polite, professional, friendly, and helpful manner, both face to face and on the telephone
  • A proven background in Property and/or Administration and a keen interest in property is also important
  • The successful candidate will be flexible, confident, self-motivated, organised, and pro-active with good computing skills and excellent administration skills
  • Preferably ARLA qualified
  • Experience in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Experience in Outlook and Diary Management
