Are you a talented New Home Sales Manager looking to join a reputable new homes developer with a impressive land bank? As a New Homes Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact & work with a senior leadership team that values your input.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Multiple New Homes Schemes: Manage 3-5 new homes schemes, ensuring successful sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Team Management: Recruit, lead, and train sales teams to perform at their best and achieve sales targets.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Drive sales through various marketing channels, including events and online initiatives, to attract potential buyers.
  • Direct Exposure to Senior Leadership: Collaborate directly with the senior leadership team, providing your insights and expertise to influence sales strategies.
  • Autonomy: Enjoy the autonomy to run your sites as you see fit, while still adhering to company values and goals.
