Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Multiple New Homes Schemes: Manage 3-5 new homes schemes, ensuring successful sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Team Management: Recruit, lead, and train sales teams to perform at their best and achieve sales targets.
- Marketing and Promotion: Drive sales through various marketing channels, including events and online initiatives, to attract potential buyers.
- Direct Exposure to Senior Leadership: Collaborate directly with the senior leadership team, providing your insights and expertise to influence sales strategies.
