They believe in fostering long-term relationships with their residents and creating environments where they can thrive.

Role Overview: As a Renewals Coordinator you will be an integral part of the team, responsible for managing lease renewals and ensuring the continuity of their resident's tenancies. • Prepare and send lease renewal notices in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Liaise with the tenants and property management team to address any concerns or requests related to lease renewals
  • Update and maintain accurate records of lease renewal agreements and mid-tenancy rent reviews

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay informed about relevant legislation and industry best practices related to lease renewals and tenant rights

  • Previous experience in lettings, property management, or customer service roles preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle difficult conversations diplomatically
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
  • Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and regulations, particularly related to lease agreements and renewals
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to residents
