The role works 40 hour work weeks, Monday to Friday and one Saturday every month.

This development consist of over 2,400 beautifully designed residential apartments spread over 4 blocks with high quality amenities for residents to use.

We are looking for a competent and enthusiastic Resident Host to assist with creating and delivering a unique experience for residents.
The Resident host will provide world class customer service and ensure a smooth and seamless operation. The role is based full time on-site, reporting to the Neighbourhood manager.
About you
Customer service is central to this role; you will need to enjoy working with people and be passionate about the opportunity to deliver experience.
Experience in a customer facing role within residential and/or service sectors.
