Our client is looking for a Resident Manager to join their multi billion pound Build to Rent project.
Job Description of the Resident Manager:
The goal of the Resident Manager is to ensure the smooth operation of the buildings and an excellent customer experience from move-in to move-out.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
* Delivering a customer focused environment through structured processes and relationship building
* Reviewing resident and visitor feedback
* Ensuring a robust strategy to deliver the development ancillary revenue targets
* Manage the development of your team including learning, development and growth
* Produce weekly/monthly reports on renewals/trends and resolution rates
* Operational administration * Plan and support all apartment inspections
* Ensure all matters of Health and Safety are adhered to.
As Resident Manager you will need to be a great multi-tasker with bundles of energy. The ideal candidate will have experience in the build-to-rent sector and have excellent people management skills.
Other Skills and Attributes of the Resident Manager
* ARLA/ AIRPM qualifications- desirable but not essential
* Staff training experience
* Experience in customer facing roles
