You'll be based on one of the best residential schemes in Leeds working with a truly great team.
You will play a key role in creating a community from first point of contact through to complete departure administering all tenancies, ensuring that all resident files are compliant, delivering the best customer service to existing residents and new prospects, assisting with events and any queries from residents throughout their tenancy.
This role would suit someone with customer service experience working in a sector such as student accommodation, hospitality, retail or leisure.
Shifts - between the hours of 7:30 - 7:30. 8.5 hours a day, 5 days a week (30 mins lunch break), Monday - Saturday.
