Job Title: Residential Site Manager

Location: London

Salary: £50k

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to be part of an exciting project and work for a house builder that is committed to delivering high quality homes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day construction activities of the site
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and site procedures
• Oversee and manage the work of sub-contractors and tradespeople
• Monitor the quality of work and ensure that it meets the required standards
• Liaise with the project team to ensure that the development is delivered on time and within budget
• Manage the snagging and handover process

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction projects
• A good understanding of health and safety regulations and site procedures
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team and liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively
• A relevant qualification in construction management is desirable but not essential
