The Company:
deverellsmith are proud to be working exclusively with this client, an exceptional British House Builder who has created a brand buyers can trust. They build beautiful quality homes across Birmingham.
The Role:
They require a Sales Admin Manager who is an experienced sales progressor to manage the admin function of the sales team.
Duties include; managing current team of sales progressors, putting together AML packs, invoicing, progressing sales, liaising with agents, etc.
The Benefits:
£48,500k basic salary plus £6k car allowance + yearly bonus
Monday - Friday role.
