Role Overview: As a Sales Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Sales Director and Sales Managers in seamlessly managing the administrative aspects of the live and upcoming schemes. Your efforts will ensure a smooth operation of the sales processes, contributing directly to the continued success in the competitive property market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document Management: Efficiently organise and file essential documents to the shared drive, providing easy access for the sales teams.
- Reporting: Regularly compile and update essential reports, including weekly traffic reports, master schedules, and RECC reports, ensuring accurate and timely information for decision-making.
- Sales Reports: Upload weekly sales reports into Teams, facilitating transparent communication and data sharing within the sales team.
- Website & Agent Portal: Maintain the website and agent portal, updating plot and pricing information as needed, enhancing the customer experience.
- Plot of the Week: Assist in promoting the "Plot of the Week" initiative, boosting sales and engagement.
- Diary Management: Support the sales team by organising their diaries, recording holidays, and managing absences effectively.
- Agent Support: Address agent inquiries promptly, helping to resolve any issues with connections or related matters.
- Contract Management: Review contracts and leases, arrange signings, and manage the posting process to solicitors, ensuring legal compliance.
- Invoice Verification: Verify invoices for accuracy, maintain tracking records, and forward them to the accounts payable department.
- Supplier Communication: Liaise with suppliers to obtain missing information and address queries related to documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Understanding of the Property Sector: An essential requirement, knowledge of how a house builder operates is key to success in this role.
