  • The sales team are the customer facing sides of the business with the responsibility to always retain the highest levels of knowledge and professionalism.
  • You will be responsible for working closely with the Head of Sales and sales teams to ensure the smooth running of the department. This will include interfacing with a variety of internal and external stakeholders including the marketing team, customer service team, finance team and estate agents.
  • Utilising Salesforce to produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports on sales figures covering leads, viewings, offers, reservations and exchanges.
  • Ensure that all development details entered Salesforce are accurate for the purposes of sales and marketing.
  • Become main point of call for sales team for any Salesforce queries and troubleshooting.
  • Oversight of the correct recording of all viewings, offers, reservations and exchanges by the sales team.
  • Responsible for the monitoring and distribution of leads across the sales team.
  • Proactively review and manage property portals, re-listing properties on a weekly basis to ensure maximum lead generation.
  • Organising and booking meetings for the Head of Sales / sales team.
  • To maintain/record minutes from meetings as and when required.
  • Ensure that sales related information is distributed within the business to other departments as required.
