Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage potential buyers, providing outstanding customer service.
- Guide customers through the sales process, from inquiry to final sale, including viewings and negotiations.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the development's success.
- Manage sales documentation, contracts, and reports accurately.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Sales Advisor, preferably in new homes.
- Passionate about exceptional customer service with a personable demeanour.
- Motivated with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Able to work collaboratively and independently.
