Fantastic opportunity for a superstar New Homes Sales Consultant to join a 5* family run developer, based in Essex.

They have a brand-new site launching early next year so I am looking for someone who has some experience of selling houses. This could be 6 months or 6 years; the most important factor is getting the right person.
They offer ongoing training and a supportive environment to grow and develop and with lots of land in the bank there is potential to progress quickly.
Basic salary is £28k with an OTE of £45k + annual discretionary bonus.
One weekend off a month. Days off during the week to be discussed.
