***Sales Consultant – Family-Owned House Builder***
Fantastic opportunity for a superstar New Homes Sales Consultant to join a 5* family run developer. If you want to work for a small – medium size business that is professional yet fun loving and truly value their staff, this could be your dream job!
They have a brand-new site launching in Essex so I am looking for someone who has some experience of working within New Homes, this could be 6 months or 6 years; the most important factor is getting the right person.
They offer ongoing training and a supportive environment to grow and develop and with lots of land in the bank. There is potential to progress quickly.
Basic salary is £28,750k with an OTE of £50k + annual discretionary bonus.
One weekend off a month. Days off during the week to be discussed.
