Experience in New Homes Sales? Want to work for a New Homes Agent with fantastic progression? Then this could be an amazing opportunity for you!

Our client is looking for an experienced New Homes Sales negotiator to help launch this brand new scheme in Northwest London. You will be selling both private and shared ownership across a mixture of apartments and houses.

About You?

  • As the ideal candidate you will have experiences in New Homes sales
  • You will have a minimum of 2 year's experience
  • Experience in off-plan sales
  • You'll be able to follow up and qualify potential buyers
  • Shared Ownership is preferred, but not essential
  • You will be proactive, and personable

The Role:

  • You will be based on site, so no need to travel!
  • £30k basic, OTE £45k
  • Sociable working hours- 10am-5pm
  • Selling New Homes off-plan
