My client who is a 5* house builder is looking for a Sales Consultant to join the team. As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will be instrumental in helping customers navigate the home-buying process and make their dream of homeownership a reality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective buyers and guide them through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the sale.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding clients needs, answering their questions, and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Conduct tours of our beautifully designed model homes and effectively communicate the unique features and benefits of each property.
- Assist buyers with selecting the perfect floor plan, finishes, and upgrades to suit their preferences and budget.
- Collaborate with our construction and design teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to construction, keeping buyers informed and excited about their new home.
- Build and maintain a strong network of real estate agents and brokers to generate referrals and expand our customer base.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in new home sales or real estate is highly preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to facilitate successful sales transactions.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- A genuine passion for the real estate industry and a drive to provide outstanding customer experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required, to accommodate clients schedules.
