We are recruiting for an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join one of the UK's top developers in the Bermondsey area. This is a fantastic chance to work on an exciting new development and play a key role in delivering exceptional sales results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets by selling new build homes.
- Conduct viewings and guide buyers through the sales process.
- Provide detailed property knowledge and exceptional customer service.
- Build strong relationships with clients and manage a customer database.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in new homes sales, estate agency, or property sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and target-oriented.
- Confident with CRM systems and managing customer information.
