This is your perfect opportunity to be part of a growing department, this role offers tonnes of career progression. Our client is a high end developer working on the Greenwich Peninsula development. Their main focus over the past few years has been solely new builds. The stock is now at the age in which resales are starting to be a big part of the market share on the peninsula.

This developer are looking for someone that can come in and drive the resale team forward through generating valuations from an existing database along with selling the second hand stock that comes on. You will be working closely with the resales manager who is responsible for the listings, your role will be to conduct the viewings and negotiate sales.

Working Hours and Benefits:

This award winning company are all for rewarding staff and offer a competitive package. Working pattern for this role will be five day weeks with one in two Saturdays. For the successful individual, basic salary starts from £30,000 - £35,000 plus commissions with OTE's of £55,000!

The ideal Senior Sales Negotiator:

- Proven track record of successful billings

- Great communication skills

- Comfortable with speaking and meeting new people every day

- High attention to detail

- Committed to working on the weekend

- Diary management

- 12 months minimum estate agency/new build
