The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales for our prestigious projects in Essex. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of a market-leading property development company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with prospective buyers and real estate agents.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and development teams to optimise sales strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management.


  • Proven track record of success in property sales or related field.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or management role is highly desirable.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the property market in Essex and the UK.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software application
