Large Estate Agency with an exceptional reputation specialising in second hand and new homes in the Kent region.
The role:
New Homes Sales Manager managing multiple branches across Kent.
The person:
- You must be an experienced New Homes Senior Sales Consultant/ Manager from agency or developer background.
- You must have experience of managing a team.
Main duties:
- Communicating and liaising with area new homes support team ensuring relevant marketing and sales administration is managed appropriately.
- Encouraging and generating sales leads for mortgage advice, conveyancing, new homes, lettings and property valuations.
- Working towards set targets.
- Supporting and managing sales team.
- Working closely with the land team.
- Business generation.
