Sales Negotiator

An amazing opportunity for a Sales Advisor has come up working in East London in the heart of a riverside district for a great developer!

My client is looking for someone who is hard working, passionate and well presented to join a team of 3 other Sales Advisors.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting property viewings
• Visiting potential buyer's homes
• Maintaining relationships with potential buyers
• Negotiating offers on properties.
• Achieving sales targets
• Providing support to junior sales advisors

Experience:

• Minimum of 6-12 months experience in New Homes
• Track Record of success within sales is preferred
• Solid communication and negotiating skills
• Ability to work under pressure and is a fast-paced environment
• Good time management
• Experience within New Homes is preferred

The role:

• 30-32k per annum
