Sales Negotiator - Residential Units (Cardiff)
Our client, a modern and innovative company in the property sector, is seeking a motivated Sales Negotiator to join their team and drive residential unit sales in Cardiff. Their mission is to challenge and overcome any obstacles that hinder the property purchase and legal process. By partnering with house builders and developers, they eliminate market risks and reduce sales and marketing costs for their associates. Supported by a longstanding property group with success to date, they have acquired over 2000 units in the past decade.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Negotiator, you will be based on site Monday-Friday, and play a key role in driving the sales of residential units in Cardiff. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential buyers, presenting properties, and negotiating sales agreements. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service will be crucial to your success in this role. You will be expected to work closely with house builders and developers, leveraging your sector knowledge to facilitate smooth transactions and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage high-value clients and prospects interested in purchasing residential units.
You will conduct regular meetings with potential buyers to present properties and highlight their unique selling points.
Developing and delivering compelling sales presentations, you will effectively communicate the value of the residential units on offer.
You will also be responsible for negotiating pricing and contractual terms, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
Maintaining a deep understanding of the local market trends and competitor activities will be essential in adjusting sales strategies and staying competitive.
Regular updates and detailed sales reports will be provided to management, outlining progress, challenges, and opportunities.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and legal, to ensure seamless client experiences and successful transactions.
What We Are Looking For:
We seek candidates with experience in residential sales, particularly in high-volume unit transactions.
Demonstrable success in selling residential units and achieving sales targets is essential.
The ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and effectively engage with stakeholders is crucial.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are required.
We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals who are organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software is also important.
