Job Title: Sales Negotiator in new aged, leading independent in SW London

Our client, a highly successful independent estate agency, is seeking a Sales Negotiator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a new aged agency that has rapidly established itself as a market leader, delivering exceptional results for their clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct viewings with potential buyers and follow up on their feedback
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and potential buyers
• Negotiate offers and see the sale through to completion
• Keep up-to-date with the local property market and trends

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and to targets
• A full UK driving license
