Job Title: Sales Negotiator in new aged, leading independent in SW London
Our client, a highly successful independent estate agency, is seeking a Sales Negotiator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a new aged agency that has rapidly established itself as a market leader, delivering exceptional results for their clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct viewings with potential buyers and follow up on their feedback
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and potential buyers
- Negotiate offers and see the sale through to completion
- Keep up-to-date with the local property market and trends
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and to targets
- A full UK driving license
