What's the job and the best thing about it?

This role will involve you being responsible for efficiently progressing around 30 - 40 deals at a time.

Duties to include

  • Progressing sales from 'offer agreed' to 'completion'
  • Guide clients throughout the progress of the sales
  • Provide excellent customer service as a Sales Progressor
  • Liaising with all stakeholders throughout a property transaction to provide updates and chase progress
  • Communicate via telephone and email with clients and stakeholders
  • Overcome challenges throughout the sales process
  • Chase paperwork, enquires and contracts
  • Work to a target of pipeline conversion
  • Organise completion dates between parties and branches
  • Report weekly on activity on sales

What makes you the ideal applicant?

  • This role requires an individual with the ability to communicate and deal with others at all levels in a polite, professional, friendly, and helpful manner, both face to face and on the telephone
  • A proven background in Property and/or Administration and a keen interest in property is also important
  • The successful candidate will be flexible, confident, self-motivated, organised, and pro-active with good computing skills and excellent administration skills
  • 2 years+ experience in a Property Related / Administrative role and preferably ARLA qualified.
  • Experience in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Experience in Outlook and Diary Management
