The Role;
- 6 weeks (possibility of extension)
- New Homes Sales Progressor dealing with Help to Buy.
- Monday - Friday position (hybrid working possible once fully set up)
Expectations:
- Engage with solicitors, vendors, and buyers, keeping on top of the sales process.
- Keep the system updated with progression, with exceptional IT skills.
- Act as the point of contact for residents over the phone, with excellent telephone manner.
- 3 months with possibility of extension
Essential Requirements:
- Experience as a New Homes Sales Progressor is compulsory.
- Proven track record of successfully progressing New Homes Sales.
- Available immediately.
