Position: Sales Negotiator
Location: Clapham, Southwest London
Company: £20,000- £23,000 basic, OTE £55,000

Role Overview: As a Sales Negotiator, you will be an integral part of their dynamic sales team, responsible for facilitating property transactions and building lasting relationships with clients. You will be based in the transnational Clapham area, working with a diverse range of properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting property viewings with potential buyers
- Negotiating and closing deals to achieve sales targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Providing expert advice on the property market and their portfolio
- Collaborating with the wider team to ensure seamless transactions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property sales or a similar customer facing role
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- A proactive and results-driven mindset
- Knowledge of the Clapham property market would of benefit but not essential
- Driving license- company car is available or alternatively a car allowance

Hours:
1 in 3 Saturdays
Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
