Job Title: Sales Valuer

Location: Swindon

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Saturdays on a rota basis, 9:00 AM to 3:00PM)

Salary: £28,000 basic, OTE £60,000

Job Description: As a Sales Valuer, you will play a key role in the property sales process, providing accurate and professional valuations for residential properties. Your expertise and knowledge will help clients make informed decisions about selling their properties. You will be responsible for generating new business, conducting valuations, and managing client relationships to ensure a seamless sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct accurate and professional property valuations for residential properties.
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Prepare detailed valuation reports and present findings to clients.
  • Negotiate sales terms and conditions with clients, ensuring the best possible outcome for all parties involved.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and local developments.
  • Attend property viewings and provide clients with expert advice and insights.
  • Work closely with other team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
  • Participate in Saturday rota as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Valuer or in a similar role within the real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the Swindon property market and surrounding areas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using property management software and MS Office.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Availability to work Saturdays on a rota basis.
