Senior Analyst - London

Job Title: Senior Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst. As Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for deal analysis and financial modelling, transaction appraisal, deal execution, and management. You will be working with a wide range of real estate transactions, including modelling cash flows, financing assumptions, IRRs, output sensitivities, and more. You will also assist with deal execution, manage third-party professionals, and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Collate new business introductions and information
• Conduct financial modelling using our in-house models
• Appraise transactions and conduct initial screening and detailed analysis
• Assist with drafting Heads of Terms and Credit Committee reports
• Prepare formal letters to instruct professionals and manage 3rd party professionals
• Attend internal Credit Committee meetings and follow up with actions
• Review valuation and project monitoring reports for live transactions
• Conduct stress-testing, portfolio analysis and reporting
• Conduct development site inspections on an ad-hoc basis with senior members of the team
• Update and maintain work in progress schedules and electronic systems
• Attend conferences and seminars and assist with marketing and PR
• Undertake submissions for industry awards and seek personal development opportunities

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years sector experience
• University-educated and/or experience of working in the industry
• May have accountancy training, significant modelling experience, and/or maths degree
• Strong underwriting and analysis skills
• Good critical thinking, ability to question and challenge, and to think independently
• Desire to continue to learn and expand knowledge basis
• Organised, good at prioritising, task-orientated with the ability to pick things up and see them through
• Team player who is good at multi-tasking
