Key responsibilities:
- Identify value add initiatives and carry out necessary analysis for review
- Manage lease renewals, regears, refurbishments, hold / sell analysis, the lettings process (with agents) alongside rent reviews.
- Efficiently manage third parties to assist with the implementation of given strategy
- Working with operators to provide suitable temporary accommodation / social housing
- Execute asset reviews
- Prepare cash-flow and asset management business plans which meet group objectives
- Identification of new assets, building key relationships to assist acquisitions pipeline
