Senior land manager / Land Director
Do you want to work for a market leading SME investor and Developer based in London?
This well-funded outfit is hiring due to ambitious growth plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring new opportunities across residential, mixed-use, and alternative asset classes in London and Greater London.
This developer can demonstrate an impressive track record and pipeline.
This opportunity would suit someone who wants to progress and develop within a dynamic team, but also thrives on the opportunity to work autonomously.
The role
- Reporting to the managing director
- Site searching and identifying a variety of opportunities
- Land appraisals, viability and feasibility studies
- Negotiating contracts and dealing with due diligence and Heads of Terms
- Building relationships with landowners, agents, and other stakeholders to seek on and off-market opportunities
- Collaborating with colleagues and external consultants to get sites through planning.
Requirements
- Existing network and track record
- Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with colleagues and senior management
- Entrepreneurial, results focused, and excellent communication skills
