Senior Lettings Negotiator, Wandsworth

About you
You should be an experienced lettings negotiator looking for your next challenge. A natural ability to build relationships and work with your team towards targets and the growth of the business is key.
The Role
Working closely with and supporting the owner of the business to maintain existing business and focus on collectively building a stronger presence in the area. You will be expected to register and screen all applicants, conduct viewings, liaise with landlords and negotiate offers through to ensure a smooth tenancy.
The rewards
- Competitive basic salary OTE £45k
- Office hours - Mon - Fri 9am to 6pm
- Saturday rota - 1 in 4
- Based in Wandsworth Town
- Driving not essential as most viewings on foot - use of company vehicle
