Senior Lettings Renewals and Tenancy Progressor, Ealing
Are you keen to step in to a varied lettings role for an established independent Estate Agency?
If you are an experienced lettings professional specialising in tenancy progression and handling renewals this could be a great step in your career.
The Role
You will be handling all tenancy progression working very closely with the lettings negotiators and manager to ensure a smooth process on all tenancies. As the point of contact you will be liaising with all renewals and will converse and negotiate with landlords and tenants and instruct all necessary notices.

What you will need
- A minimum of two years experience dealing with tenancy progression and renewals
- A positive and 'can do' attitude with an ability to balance multiple files
- Ability to negotiate with landlords and tenants during the renewal process
- Preferably ARLA qualified (not essential)
- Demonstrate confidence and strong communication skills
