My client are a leading residential developer who are reshaping the way we live in London, regenerating areas with a focus on community and sustainability.

Role Overview:

They are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Executive to support the Head of Marketing with the daily activities of the Marketing department. The role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, from the implementation of various elements of the marketing mix to the branding of developments, managing press events, undertaking market research, and supporting internal communication and corporate presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Media Management: Manage the media schedule, exploring innovative ways to market developments via press, outdoor media, and digital media, including social media platforms.
  • Digital Marketing: Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns using Google Analytics, SEO, and PPC, tracking conversion rates and web traffic.
  • Event Planning: Conceptualise, plan, and execute innovative UK events.
  • Website Maintenance: Regularly maintain the websites.
  • Online Content Management: Oversee content updates on Rightmove and Zoopla, including online creatives, banners, and MPUs.
  • Email Campaigns: Coordinate and manage email campaigns.
  • Sales Signage: Create, manage, and deliver sales signage, flags, and hoarding.
  • International Coordination: Ensure offices are stocked with necessary marketing collateral.
  • Exhibition Management: Prepare, plan, and manage all overseas exhibitions, ensuring timely delivery of collateral, room layouts, lightboxes, adverts, EDMs, and model movements.
  • Promotional Activities: Implement and manage various promotional activities, including stakeholder presentations.
  • Marketing Tools: Deliver marketing tools to assist the sales process, such as development models, CGI imagery, interactive apartment finders, promotional videos, and fly-throughs.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns aligned with sales events.
  • Award Entries: Assist with the production of award entries.
  • Schedule Maintenance: Maintain schedules for marketing activities, events, awards, contacts, and agency rosters.
  • Photography Coordination: Coordinate and book photographers, ensuring imagery is correctly labelled and added to the Image Database.
  • Community Stories: Collect community stories and liaise between PR agencies and external stakeholders.
  • Case Studies: Develop and maintain a library of case studies of previous purchasers/residents.
  • Agency Management: Meet and manage external agencies to ensure project objectives are met timely.
  • Branding Compliance: Ensure adherence to Group Branding and Approval Protocols at all times.

Desired Experience/Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably within the property development industry.
  • Marketing degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in design software (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics C360.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organised and process-driven.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to proofread marketing materials effectively.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
